Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing an installation issue. Everytime I try to run the platform after installing the platforms stays stuck, please refer to picture. Any insights how I can fix this issue? I have tried deleting and redownloading a few times. I am using a Windows machine.

Hi, could you please look into the log file under %USERPROFILE%\.fakturama2\.metadata\.log. Are there any information about the error?

Hi, yes i've managed to open the log file, I have attached the findings but I can only upload one picture.

Hi, please move your working directory out of "C:\Program Files", since you need Admin rights to change files there.

Hi. Where would be the best suitable location? Should I re-do the installation process?

You dont need to reinstall!
You can choose for example a subfolder of c:/, or you choose a subfolder in home-directory.

@microangelo Thank you for your quick response. I have moved to /Documents, the window has been stuck on the attached image window for 20 Mins, sometimes alternating to "checking for databases...". Not sure how to approach this.

hi, could you please delete the folder .fakturama2 in your home directory and start Fakturama again. Then you can re-select your working directory. If the error remains, please look into error log (%USERPROFILE%\.fakturama2\.metadata\.log).
