Tolles Programm !!

Hi HackSwiTcH,

The guide is in German, I only speak English.

... Therefore we've an English forum 🙂

Can you clarify price 1, 2, 3, 4...
I have my (Cost) and need to input into the right field.

The prices are scale prices. I.e., for 1 unit you have to pay 10$, for 100 units only 8.34$ per unit etc. The following columns are required for import:

  • itemnr ... item number
  • name ... the name of that product
  • category ... a category to which this product belongs to (e.g., "Shop" or "Personal tools" )
  • description ... a description for this product
  • price1 ... net price for 1st scale
  • price2 ... net price for 2nd scale
  • price3 ... net price for 3rd scale
  • price4 ... net price for 4th scale
  • price5 ... net price for 5th scale
  • block1 ... quantity, where the first scale starts (e.g.: 1 for a scale from 1 to 9).
  • block2 ... quantity, where the 2nd scale starts (e.g.: 10 for a scale from 10 to 99).
  • block3 ... quantity, where the 3rd scale starts (e.g.: 100 for a scale from 100 to 999).
  • block4 ... quantity, where the 4th scale starts (e.g.: 1000 for a scale from 1000 to 9999).
  • block5 ... quantity, where the 5th scale starts (e.g.: (z.B.: 10000 for a scale from 10000 up).
  • vat ... VAT, e.g. 0.19 for a VAT of 19%
  • options ... currently unused, please leave it empty
  • weight ... weight of this product
  • unit ... currently unused, please fill ist with -1
  • date_added date of creation for this product (you can leave it empty)
  • picturename ... the name of the product picture, e.g.: SAMPL03_Poti_100k.jpg
  • quantity ... stock quantity
  • webshopid ID ... web shop ID or -1 if unused
  • qunit ... quantity unit (lb, oz etc.)

Kind regards,

Viele Grüße,
Ralf.

Ralf, Thanks so much for the breakdown! I got everything importing now. I'm getting images for our 1300 products and matching them to the fields.

One Question.
Will the field Picture- take a URL instead of a .jpg?
(picturename ... the name of the product picture, e.g.: SAMPL03_Poti_100k.jpg)

Thanks again!

Hi,
the picture has to contain an image name or an relative URL to the picture, e.g. "images/SAMPL03_Poti_100k.jpg". The URL is build from your webshop URL (concatenation of webshop URL and image path).

Viele Grüße,
Ralf.
