Hallo Jürgen, kannst Du bitte mal vorsichtshalber das JRE von Oracle installieren? Achtung, bitte die 8er Version nehmen. Ich vermute mal, daß es daran liegt.

Obwohl ich mich sicher bin das ich jre1.8.0_111 installiert habe steht in der ersten Zeile schon "java.version=9.0.1"

was kann ich ändern?

Hier schwirrt irgendwo auf Deinem System ein Java 9 herum. Kannst Du bitte mal im Programmverzeichnis von Fakturama die Datei Fakturama.ini folgendermaßen ergänzen:

-vm
d:pfadzumjre1.8injavaw.exe

Am besten unmittelbar vor dem Eintrag mit dem "--launcher".

In dem ausgepackten Archiv
der Java-Version jre1.8.0_111 gibt es keine [*.exe] Datei 🙂

der Pfad ist "/usr/local/java/jre1.8.0_111/bin"
und darin sind die folgenden Dateien vorhanden:

installiert hatte ich Linux Mint 18.3 "Sylvia" Cinnamon 64bit.
Habe dann aber umgestellt auf "Mate".

Das heißt gegebenenfalls ist der "Unterbau" noch auf Cinnamon eingestellt

Das dachte ich mir schon Jürgen, denn Du bist nicht alleine mit dem Problem.

Am besten ist es Du installierst Mint 18.3 Mate ohne Cinnamon darunter. Die Deinstallation von Cinnamon wird höchstwahrscheinlich auch nichts bringen.

Also, ich hab mich mal intensiv mit dem Thema beschäftigt und habe mir eine neue VM mit Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon zusammengezimmert. Folgende Schritte habe ich anschließend durchgeführt:

• Oracle JDK 1.8 installiert
• nachgesehen, ob Java wirklich die 1.8 ist (java -version)
• RPM installiert
• Fakturama über das RPM-File installiert
• Fakturama gestartet
• Webshop eingelesen (der Standard-Fake-Shop)
• aus Auftrag eine Rechnung erzeugt
• diese Rechnung gedruckt

Ergebnis: Die Rechnung wurde astrein im LibreOffice angezeigt. Es ist also definitiv kein Problem mit Linux Mint, da ich nirgends was gedreht habe oder so. Ggf. hängt das wirklich an der Java-Installation, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Ich habe hier OpenJDK im Verdacht, hab das aber noch nicht geprüft.

Achso, nochwas: Die Instalation des Oracle Java kann man hier ziemlich gut nachlesen. Das ist zwar in Englisch, die Befehle sind aber die gleichen (man muß halt bloß Java 8 auswählen und die Pfade entspürechend anpassen)

Das Problem Ralf ist das Mint 18 mit Cinnamon installiert wurde und dann nachträglich Mate. Das führt dann zu den Problemen.

Keine Probleme gibt es wenn Mint 18 Cinnamon installiert wird und auch nur so genutzt wird. So wie Du das nun selbst getestet hast.

Ebenso macht auch eine clean Installation von Mint 18 Mate keine Probleme.

Da Du ja nun Mint 18 mit Cinnamon installiert hast lade doch mal Mate nach. Dann solltest Du das Problem reproduzieren können.

ok, dann bügel ich jetzt noch Mate drüber. Irgendwie muß ich das doch kaputtbekommen 😉
