das steht gar kein Fehler drin... Komisch. Mit "-clean" hattest Du es beim Aufruf auch schon versucht? Kommt bei dem Absturz ein Linux-Kernel-Error oder ist das Programm einfach weg?

Hi Ralf,

das Programm ist einfach weg sobald ich auf speichern klicke. Aber wie gesagt nicht bei allen Funktionen bzw. Einträgen.
Ich habe auch grad noch mal einen Kreditor und eine Zahlungsart versucht einzugeben und zu speichern.
Der Kreditor funktioniert mit Ausnahme der Sternchens oben im Reiter. Das Sternchen bleibt auch nach dem Speichervorgang im Reiter oben sichtbar. Das Programm stürzt hierbei auch nicht ab.
Anders wie gesagt bei den bereits erwähnten Funktionen. Sobald ich auf Speichern klicke, stürzt Fakturama sofort ab. Es steht auch beim Anlegen einer neuen Zahlungsart wieder kein Eintrag in der log-file.

Ich liefere dir die neue log-file gleich mal mit.

Ob das gleiche Problem auch beim Speichern bei Dokumenten auftritt, kann ich dir nicht sagen, da ich es noch nicht ausprobiert habe.

Wie mache ich den Aufruf mit "-clean" genau?

Der Linux kernel error ist eine Fenstermeldung? Wenn ja, dann kam keine.

schon besser 🙂 Es ist wie ich bereits vermutet hatte - irgendwas in der Linux-Fenstersteuerung spielt hier verrückt. Danke für den Tip. Ich muß hier erst mal paar Linux-Experten konsultieren, mal seh'n, woran das liegt...

Update: Ich habe es gerade mal mit einem Ubuntu 17.10 ausprobiert, da lief das. Allerdings hatte ich beim Start auch folgendes eingegeben:

/usr/share/fakturama2/Fakturama -clean -DSWT_GTK3=1 -consoleLog

Das Problem mit dem Sternchen bekomme ich nicht gelöst. Das besteht schon eine ganze Weile und hängt an der Darstellung der Aufklappboxen. Die werden unter Linux anders gemalt als unter Windows oder OSX. Gespeichert werden die Dokumente aber trotzdem, es ist halt bloß nervig. Wenn ich mal eine gescheite Idee dazu habe werde ich das korrigieren.

Update2: Bitte lade Dir mal die neue BETA-Version runter und entpacke die irgendwo. Dann startest Du das wie oben angegeben (natürlich mit geändertem Pfad 😉 ). Das ist die Version, die bei mir funktioniert hat. Das muß aber nichts heißen...

es ist schön, dass sich schon mal ein Ursprung für das Problem finden lässt. Aber so wie sich das anhört, scheint es ein komplett neues Problem zu sein. Im Forum hatte ich auch keinen Beitrag gefunden, der sich darauf bezieht. Falls ich was testen soll, nur her damit. 😉

Ich habe die beta-Version gestartet und versucht wieder ein neues Produkt anzulegen. Auch die beta ist dabei wieder abgestürzt.

Hm. Das sind ja gleich zwei Fehler auf einmal... 🙁
Den einen kriegen wir aber ganz schnell weg (den mit der ClassCastException). Lösch bitte mal die Datei ~/.fakturama2/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.e4.workbench/workbench.xmi

Die Auswirkung siehst Du daran, daß der Text unter dem Webshop-Importsymbol wieder da ist.

Bei dem anderen Fehler mit dem GTK müssen wir noch etwas herumexperimentieren. Geht aber nur von der Konsole:

Angeblich soll dadurch bewirkt werden, daß die X-Requests synchron erfolgen. Habe ich hier und hier gelesen. Mir ist aber noch nicht klar, warum das auf meiner Testumgebung funktioniert und bei Dir nicht... Welches Theme hast Du eingestellt?

Theme ist Mate 1.12.1 (und da dann Ambiant-Mate, was auch mit der Installation voreingestellt gewesen sein sollte)

Ich habe im Moment Version 2.0.2.1 installiert und zusätzlich die 2.0.3.-Beta-Version in Benutzung - mit welcher bzw. für welche Version führe ich jetzt die beiden Vorgänge aus oder ist das egal?

In der Beta-Version fehlt bei mir nämlich die komplette Werkzeugleiste. In den Einstellungen ist (fast) alles angeklickt, aber in der Werkzeugleiste taucht nichts auf - also auch nicht das Webshop-Importsymbol und somit auch kein Text darunter.

Oder wirken sich die Änderungen auf beide Versionen aus?

Hallo Andreas,
die Änderung wirkt sich auf beide Versionen aus. Die Datei kannst Du trotzdem löschen, die wird beim Start wieder angelegt. Mußt bloß dran denken, die bei jedem Versionswechsel zu löschen, weil sich da etwas geändert hat. Solange Du mit ein und derselben Version arbeitest kannst Du die stehenlassen.

als wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, habe ich mir den (zweiten) Fehler "workbench.xmi" selbst eingebrockt, da ich zwei Versionen benutzt habe.
Nachdem ich die Datei gelöscht habe, tauchen jetzt auch alle Symbole in der Werkzeugleiste auf.

Den Befehl habe ich für die Beta-Version ausgeführt. Zum Absturz beim Speichern kam es jedoch erneut.
