Hi,
I have the 2.0.5 version installed (on Debian Buster) and would like to upgrade to 2.1.2, but I get this error:
dpkg -i Installer_Fakturama_linux_x64_2.1.2.deb (Reading database ... 173670 files and directories currently installed.) Preparing to unpack .../Installer_Fakturama_linux_x64_2.1.2.deb ... Unpacking fakturama (2.1.2) ... dpkg: error processing archive Installer_Fakturama_linux_x64_2.1.2.deb (--install): trying to overwrite '/usr/share/fakturama2/Fakturama', which is also in package fakturama2 2.0.5.20190828 dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe) Errors were encountered while processing: Installer_Fakturama_linux_x64_2.1.2.deb
Should I first uninstall the old version?

Hello,
what you can try is:
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite Installer_Fakturama_linux_x64_2.1.2.deb

After launch fakturama I got this error
class java.lang.Boolean cannot be cast to class java.lang.String (java.lang.Boolean and java.lang.String are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')
I also delete the old version first but the same error came
Any ideas why?

What happens if you remove your installed version of any JRE oder JDK? Because you don't need to install one anymore with the current version.

Please delete the file %USERPROFILE%\.fakturama2\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench\workbench.xmi (Windows)
or ~/.fakturama2/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.e4.workbench/workbench.xmi (Linux/MacOS)
