Es handelt sich um ein Angebot mit der Bezeichnung AN19-018.

Ja das Angebot hat die Nummer AN19-018
die gespeicherte .pdf zum Archivieren und verschicken hatte wieder die Nummer:

Angebote-19-009 als Filetext.

Der Fehler liegt vieleicht an

{doctype}-{yy}-{3nr}-{companyorname}-{docref}.pdf

und sollte

{doctype}-{docname}-{companyorname}-{docref}.pdf

heißen.

{yy}-{3nr} sind wohl nur für die Nummernkreise gut.

PS: yy oder YY machen einen gewaltigen Unterschied, zumindest laut Handbuch unter Nummernkreise.

Das ist wahr. Bisher habe ich das auch so verstanden, oder wurde im Dokument als Platzhalter {yy}-{3nr} eingetragen?

so ist es richtig!!!!
